As part of regular maintenance at our Australia data center, we will be switching our apps from our primary data center in Sydney to our secondary (disaster recovery) data center in Melbourne 8 December, 2024 from 9:30pm to 11:00pm AEDT(11:00am to 02:00pm UTC). We'll switch back to our primary data center in Sydney on 15 December, 2024 from 9:30pm to 11:00pm AEDT(11:00am to 02:00pm UTC).

We do not expect any major interruption, and you should be able to continue using all the Site24x7 services during this maintenance period as it is planned during non-business hours. Ensure uninterrupted monitoring by whitelisting the following IP addresses in your firewall policy:

• 103.91.166.0/24
• 165.173.191.0/24
• 101.97.36.0/24
• 103.138.128.0/23                                                                                                                                                                                                                

https://site24x7.net.au will be accessible, and we do not anticipate any major disruptions in using Site24x7's AU service during this period. Please check the service status here.
